97.1 The Ticket’s Annual Opening Day Block Party

This fun Opening Day party will be Monday, March 31 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at Grand Circus Park, across from Comerica Park. There will be a Music Stage featuring 98.7 AMP Radio mixers Chris James (10 a.m. – 11 a.m.) and DJ Ryan Richards (4 p.m. – 6 p.m.). Grand Rapid’s band Brena, which plays a mix of current, country, classic rock and oldies, will perform from 11 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.  A huge screen to watch the game on will be available for those without tickets to the game as well as plenty of choices of beer in the Labatt View and Brew area! CBS RADIO Detroit stations 97.1 The Ticket, 98.7 AMP Radio, 99.5 WYCD and 104.3 WOMC will be on site broadcasting. Plenty of food choices, beer and official Tigers’ gear will be on sale, along with fast pitch machine to try out your skills! 97.1 The Ticket’ s gaming vehicle -The Ticket Tournament Trailer – will allow block party attendees to play MLB Baseball on Xbox or Play Station for prizes! Admission is free.
