On Saturday, April 5, adults and mature teens are invited to attend Saturday Naturalists for a bird walk. The Saturday Naturalists classes are designed to be relaxing, fun, and a great way to learn about nature. This month we will be focusing on bird identification. The program will begin with a short talk, including information about the bird mounts inside, and then we will explore the trails. The class will meet at the Stage Nature Center from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Participants are encouraged to bring a lunch to visit afterwards. Participants may want to bring their own binoculars, but are also welcome to borrow them from the center. All level birders are welcome to attend. The fee is $9 and Troy Nature Society Member fee is $7.
