Faith in Action of Oakland County proudly presents an exciting new fundraiser “Dancing with the Stars”. Much like the television show we will have these local celebrities dancing to win: Ronnie Dahl- Channel 7, Ashlee Baracy- Channel 4, Erika Erickson- Channel 7, Monica Drake- Oakland Press, Steve Curtis- Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, Dr. LaDonna Hendricks- Pediatrician- Beaumont Hospital, Judge Julie Nicholson- 52nd District Court, Dr. Kathy Schlecht- Anesthesiologist- Beaumont Hospital, and Jose Aliaga- Independence Twp. Trustee. The Emcee is Chuck Edwards- WYCD and the celebrity judges are: Brooks Patterson- Oakland County Executive, Alisa Zee- IHeart Radio, Linda Lee –WYCD.
This action-packed fundraiser is at Petruzzello’s of Troy, 6950 Rochester Road, on January 17, from 7 p.m.- 11p.m. Cost is $40 per person. Your ticket entitles you to one vote at the event. You may also purchase more votes at the show and vote online at the Faith in Action website. Faith in Action of Oakland County is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization that provides free services to the elderly in their homes by matching trained volunteers with those in need of assistance. It is a partnership of community faith groups, human service agencies, local businesses, and volunteers dedicated to helping seniors stay in their homes.
