The class will feature recipes from hisVegetarian Traditions: Favorite Recipes from My Years at the Legendary cookbook, inspired by cultural traditions from around the world.
Chef Vutetakis learned to cook in his Greek grandmother’s kitchen, and on trips to India. Mediterranean and Indian flavors are woven into many of his dishes.

His unique approach to healthy, flavorful cuisine doesn’t try to imitate meat, but focuses on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and beans. He works with local organic farmers, whom he credits as the heroes behind the creation of his sustainable, healthy cuisine.

The cost for the class is $19 per person.
