Greater Detroit Chapter of Hadassah Opening Meeting 9/9/2014, Sally Oren Keynote Speaker at Congregation Shaarey Zedek, Southfield
Hadassah, the largest women’s volunteer organization in the United States, funds the Hadassah Medical Organization in Israel, a research and teaching facility that provides care fro all who need it. In the U. S., Hadassah promotes health education, community service, social action and advocacy.
The Greater Detroit Chapter of HADASSAH’S OPENING MEETING is SEPTEMBER 9. 2014 at CONGREGATION SHAAREY ZEDEK, 27375 Bell Road, Southfield, Mi. We are proud to announce our keynote speaker is SALLY OREN, the wife of the former Israeli Ambassador to the United States, Michael Oren. She will speak on the complexities and privileges of being an Ambassador’s wife in Washington, D.C. Luncheon is at noon.
Our fabulous BOUTIQUES will be OPEN 10:00-3:30. We invite all to come see the unique and wonderful merchandise being offered for sale and there is no charge for visiting. Come for a day of fun and shopping.
