I enjoy the TV commercials that show how SMART's bus system is so outstanding. Its nice that SMART can spend your millage (property) tax dollars on these ads to ensure that the upcoming millage passes. I rent so it doesn't affect me. The SMART tax is based on property values so those rich folk can really get soaked. Please vote yes this fall for SMART funding!
