Uptown Grille: Eat. Drink. Fun.

Between Haggerty & M-5 in Commerce Township. They have a decent sized parking lot, but also offer free valet parking. Open Monday-Friday 6am-2am & Saturday-Sunday 8am-2am.

Uptown Grille’s menu is insane… they can fulfill pretty much any craving you are having. This particular breakfast we had the Crab Benedict ($9.99), Buttermilk Pancakes ($6.49), Morning Burrito ($7.99), Vegetarian Omelette ($7.99) and Corned Beef Hash ($7.99). Everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.

Even though this is not a breakfast option, I have to mention one of the many creative options on their appetizer menu; it is my all-time favorite… the Mediterranean Nachos ($10.99). The hefty appetizer menu is just a measly part of their pages and pages of great options including soups, salads, wraps, sandwiches, paninis, sides, crepes, desserts, hot dogs, pizza, pasta, seafood and steaks! I have never left Uptown disappointed, that’s for sure.

Even their drink menu leaves nothing to be desired with draft beer, bottled beer, wine, champagne, booze, smoothies, specialty drinks, coffee, lattes, espresso, margaritas, martinis and even fresh juices.

Uptown is divided into many sections. There is the café (with shelves of wine), dining room, area for events, bar and covered patio. Each area is comfortable and decorated to the nines. Uptown has a number of specials throughout the week including 1/2 off craft beer on Tuesday, 1/2 off wine on Wednesday and 1/2 off all alcohol, flip cup and bar wars on Sunday. Friday and Saturday they have a live band form 930pm-close and Wednesday through Friday there is live acoustic music from 6-9pm. Check their website for more!
