Uptown Parthenon has a huge menu. Traditionally my family gets a couple of Saganaki ($6.95 each) for the table and we all end up sticking to the basics. Call us creatures of habit, but once you know it's delicious, it can be hard to switch it up. Basics for us include the Gyro Sandwich or Chicken Gyro ($12.50) served with French fries or rice and vegetables and the Jimmy salad ($8.75). We have ventured out and tried a lamb dish or two as well as the Parthenon Fry Pan, their version of Greek Fajitas ($19.75). Needless to say, everything is delicious. I would also recommend finishing up with the rice pudding ($3.75).Uptown Parthenon really got the vibe down. The walls are covered in murals, columns line the dining room and large statues tower over you. The staff is friendly, attentive and really does OPA right! Uptown Parthenon also offers an extensive catering menu as well as special event private dining for up 50 people.
