So my advice to you is:
If you have wallpaper in your home take it down and repaint the walls. It does not matter if it is a waterfront home on Middle Straits Lake in West Bloomfield or a home in a subdivision having wall paper in your home is going to hurt you. It is just that simple. Years of taking buyers around have taught me that. No matter whether you think that it is no big deal or that the buyer will take it down when they buy it.....I have seen too many buyers pass up a home because there was wall paper. Fewer buyers hurt you.
