
Presented by The Right Fit. Participants will learn the slow, graceful and relaxing movements of the Sun Style of Tai Chi. Movements are designed to increase the power of your focus, flexibility, muscular strength and overall fitness. Controlled breathing techniques are used as you experience the many benefits of Tai Chi, such as reduced stiffness, pain and fatigue caused by arthritis. Stretches and light exercises are added to the session, along with warm-up and
cool-down movements. Sessions are interesting and pleasurable and particularly beneficial to those experiencing joint pain or stiffness. Can be completed from seated or standing position.
