The "Birth Day Prep" Class by Reassuring Birth

Reassuring Birth's childbirth class is taught by an RN/Certified Childbirth Educator with 23 years experience. Reassuring Birth offers a 3.5 hour "Birth Day Prep" class that explains the birth process and how to effectively cope with labor. There will be time to practice natural comfort techniques and to discuss the benefits and risks of epidurals. Current, inspiring birth movies of natural and epidural births will be shown. Potential labor complications and reasons for C-sections will be presented. Come learn how to make your baby's birthday a positive and empowering life experience! Class is limited to 6 couples.
