Arts Council Offers Full Line of Summer Camps

The Downriver Council for the Arts has classes for 6- to 12-year-olds this summer in Wyandotte.

The Downriver Council for the Arts is offering a number of children's summer camps. The majority is for ages 6 to 10, with the exception of one that stretches to age 12. All weeklong classes cost $70 for DCA members and $82 for nonmembers.

During some weeks, there are both morning and afternoon camps. Students who wish to stay at the center during the hour intermission can do so for an additional $5 per day. During that time, they can eat a lunch brought from home, as well as play games, draw and participate in other activities. The lunch hour will be fully supervised by DCA staff.
