What do you sell? I sell torch-worked borosilicate (commercially known as Pyrex) glass art and jewelry. I employ traditional glassworking techniques on a torch instead of using a furnace. I also utilize cold-working techniques, such as a flat lapidary wheel, more commonly used to work stone. I enjoy the use of natural-looking colors, which are derived from metals, such as cobalt and magnesium. In addition, in a particular flame atmosphere, I am able to fume pure silver and gold onto the glass, which results in a spectrum of colors, from white and blue to orange. The final product is original glass art, much of it wearable.

What is your booth number at this year's fair? 52

Out of all the fairs in the country, why do you choose to participate in Wyandotte’s? I enjoy the venue. The show is professionally run by wonderful people from the community and the artists who participate are top-notch.

Tell us an interesting tidbit about yourself or your work. I was born and raised in Blissfield, MI. I'm honored that the folks at the show and you have chosen to highlight my work.
