Wyandotte Internet Users Told to Watch Amount of Time Spent Online This Month
Due to an equipment upgrade, users won't be notified in July if they surpass their monthly usage limit.

If you use high speed Internet, you'll want to pay extra attention to how much you use in July.
Due to an equipment upgrade, users will not be notified in July if they surpass their monthly usage limit. An email typically went out to warn users of a potential overcharge, but that email will not be going out this month.

As a valued customer, Wyandotte Municipal Services is committed to keeping you informed about any changes in the status of your service with us.
In order to better serve you, we will be upgrading some of our infrastructure equipment. Effective July 12, 2012 you will be able to manage your email accounts and check your Internet usage using our new self-help site at http://myaccount.wyan.org/. This portal will be replacing the one that is currently available at https://login.myaccounttools.com/. Please read the following information carefully, and keep a copy for future reference.

MYACCOUNT WEBSITE: Your username will be the same as your primary email address. To access this site, you will need to contact our Technical Support Center at 1-888-855-9997 to have your password reset.
TRAFFIC NOTIFICATION EMAILS: Approximately 5% of users approach or reach the monthly usage thresholds. For the last 2 years we have been sending out notifications via email to notify our customers when they reach 75% and 100% of their traffic usage for the month. Due to this system upgrade, these emails will not be sent for the month of July, but will resume in the month of August. Please be sure to continue to monitor your usage following this upgrade or contact Technical Support at 1-888-855-9997 to check your usage.
