Wyandotte Roosevelt Runners Compete in Spartan Invitational

Marissa Rickman sets a personal best at East Lansing cross-country meet. Drake Davis led the boys.

junior cross-country runner Marissa Rickman ran a personal best 22:15 on Friday to lead her team in the 130-team Spartan Invitational meet at Forest Akers East Golf Course in East Lansing.

Drake Davis led the boys team with a time of 17:12.

Twenty-five runners from Roosevelt made the trip to the meet, seven each from the girls and boys teams, and an additional 11 junior varsity runners.
