As part of the project, the DIA has brought seven high-quality reproductions of art pieces from its collection to the streets of Wyandotte. Some of the pieces hang on the sides of buildings, while others are freestanding throughout the downtown area. The pieces are clustered within walking or biking distance from each other to encourage people to get out and view them all.
Inside|Out runs through June. A number of events, including live music and hands-on art, will take place in conjunction with the exhibit.

"I love that Wyandotte residents have taken ownership of these pieces," Rankine said. "Each resident received a custom map of where the seven Wyandotte pieces were located at the DIA and we overhead them saying things like, 'Our Drummer Boy is right around the corner.' You can tell that our residents were really excited to be a part of this program."
