You've Got Photos: Wyandotte Football Parents' Night
Parents of the Roosevelt football players and cheerleaders were honored on the team's home field last Friday before the season opening game.
Before at , football players and cheerleaders joined their parents on the field for a parents' night ceremony.
As the names were announced, the student athletes escorted their parents on to the field. Each of them also presented their moms with a flower and dads with a commemorative water bottle.
The purpose of the ceremony was to recognize parents for the hard work they do and sacrifices they make in support of their student athletes.

Parents were also rewarded Friday night with a great performance from the football team, as the Bears went on to defeat Melvindale 42-13.
