• Twin Cities spec industrial development to remain low, CBRE forecast says (finance-commerce.com) — Apple Valley is among several Twin Cities cities that have paused new data center construction for six to twelve months, creating uncertainty for industrial developers. A CBRE forecast says tight vacancy and rising rents will continue, pushing more speculative projects and driving data center interest to exurban land as metro sites become constrained.
