• Twin Cities spec industrial development to remain low, CBRE forecast says (finance-commerce.com) — Apple Valley is among several Twin Cities cities that have paused new data center construction for six to twelve months, creating uncertainty for industrial developers. A CBRE forecast says tight vacancy and rising rents will continue, pushing more speculative projects and driving data center interest to exurban land as metro sites become constrained.

What your neighbors are talking about on social media

  • I am not happy about living in a building like Kingston Green as in a weekend we have visit from cops twice.
    Disturbance from people yelling, driving on sidewalk and grass and vetting of residents not done correctly. (Nextdoor 150th - Galaxie)
