The Apple Valley Police Department is now accepting registrations for their upcoming Citizens Police Academy. The academy meets Tuesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Apple Valley Municipal Center for nine weeks starting April 2. The academy is open to anyone 18 years of age or older who either lives or works in Apple Valley and who has not attended the Citizens Academy within the last five years.
