Half Price Books TOURNAMENT OF HEROES (Sci-Fi vs. Fantasy) going on now! Ends April 8
Half Price Books has launched a fun, March Madness-style bracket challenge called Tournament of Heroes: Sci-Fi vs. Fantasy, which pits the top 32 heroes and heroines from Fantasy and Science Fiction against each other.
They asked their employees, "Who's the coolest sci-fi hero?" and "Who's the toughest fantasy heroine?" They then compiled a list of 64 to face off round after round for the ultimate title of “The Bravest One of All." The championship will be decided on Monday, April 8.

(Sweet Sixteen): Tuesday, March 26 (10 a.m. CT) – Thursday, March 28 (2 p.m. CT)

(Elite Eight): Friday, March 29 (10 a.m. CT) – Monday, April 1 (2 p.m. CT)
(Final Four): Tuesday, April 2 (10 a.m. CT) – Thursday, April 4 (2 p.m. CT)
(Championship): Friday, April 5 (10 a.m. CT) – Monday, April 8 (noon). Tournament winner announced at 2 p.m. CT!
