From the Apple Valley Police: The Police Department is offering a free rental property owner training on the topic of narcotics on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the Apple Valley Municipal Center. The focus of the workshop is to educate rental property owners about recent drug trends in Dakota County and Apple Valley and common indicators of drug activity. A member of the Dakota County Drug Task Force will share information on the Task Force and how rental property owners can work with agents to keep illegal drug activity out of their rentals.
