City Council to Appoint Acting Mayor, to OK Bidders for UMore Ball Fields Project

The Rosemount City Council will hold its first meeting of the year tonight at its regular hour, 7:30 p.m, in City Hall Council Chambers. 

The agenda is a bit short, but here are a few items that will be discussed:

• The City Council will acknowledge the city's Award of Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. 
• The Council will has the option to approve the 2012 City Council Meeting Schedule
• The council will appoint an acting mayor and weed inspector
• The city is looking for the council to allow for advertising of bidders for the Well Project for the UMore Ball Fields
• The City Council will discuss city website providers in new business
