In exchange for helping us plant our community garden plot, kids will learn about growing their own food, how to take care of plants and sharing excess crops. They can practice their knowledge on a free plant they can grow at home.
Kids in the Garden events at Bachman's are free, but registration is required due to limited space. Best for ages 3-10. Parents are welcome but not required to stay. Experienced and educationally focused staff members will lead the experience. Call 612-861-7600 to register.
