Holiday Party This Weekend for Active Military, Veterans and Families

The 34th Infantry Division-Army National Guard, Beyond the Yellow Ribbon and Rosemount VFW have teamed up to provide a holiday party to active duty military, veterans and their families this Sunday.

According to the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon invite, "Refreshments and activities will be provided. Bring your camera; Santa will be making a special stop."

The party will take place at the Rosemount National Guard Training and  from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.

Mayor Bill Droste said during the city's business appreciation luncheon a week ago, "Who here is a veteran? ... Go to the [holiday party], it's for veterans too."
