It's 0 degrees outside, but with the wind chill it may feel close to between -17 and -27 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
It appears Thursday night will be slightly warmer than Wednesday night with a 20 percent chance of snow after midnight. The low should be around -2 degrees with wind chill values between -8 and -13, the National Weather Service said.
