Students were shouting, cheering, jumping up and down while celebrating this year's homecoming festivities.

The gymnasium was full of students adorned in navy, green and gold colors Friday at the annual homecoming coronation/pepfest, and students excitedly took part in the victory cheer, tug-o'-war and crowning of the homecoming king and queen.

According to Assistant Principal Kimberly Budde, the homecoming court was introduced to the student body on Monday during a special ceremony. Students voted this past Wednesday for their king and queen, and the seniors' ballots were counted twice (as usual).

During the homecoming coronation and pepfest Friday afternoon, it was announced that seniors Sam Richardville and Anna Woodcock were crowned this year's king and queen, respectfully.
