• Pastels with Charlene Ridlon (bloomingtonmn.gov) — Bloomington's Center for the Arts is offering a three-session pastel workshop with artist Charlene Ridlon on Monday evenings, October 19, 26, and November 2, from 6–8 p.m. For $150, participants will learn color blending, layering, and texture techniques, and anyone registered for a BCA class can also access the Artist Open Studio for just $10.
