• Champlin weighs future of Flock cameras in the city after they were temporarily removed last month (kare11.com) — Champlin officials are debating whether to bring back Flock license plate reader cameras after removing them in August when two units were reportedly stolen, leaving the system offline despite an active five-year contract.
