16-Year-Old Girl in DWI Crash Didn't Have License: Sheriff
Authorities say a 16-year-old girl involved in an alleged DWI incident did not have a driver's license.

The Minnesota State Patrol is asking parents if they're keeping a close enough eye on your teen driver after an incident in Dakota County last week. Dakota County Sheriff Tim Leslie’s deputies responded to crash Friday night involving four teenagers.
KMSP reported that the driver, a 16-year-old girl, lost control of her vehicle on Foliage Street in Greenvale Township, Minnesota. The driver told authorities she swerved to avoid a deer, but deputies said it was apparent she had also been drinking.
A breath test later found she had a blood alcohol content of .14, nearly twice the legal limit. Authorities also said she doesn't have driver’s license, but instead only has a permit.
