Car Flees After Illegally Parking In Handicap Stall: Eagan Police
The car's driver and passenger were taken into custody after the incident in Eagan Tuesday.

EAGAN, MN — Eagan police say a PIT maneuver was successfully used to stop a car fleeing Tuesday morning. Authorities attempted to stop the vehicle for illegally parking in a handicap stall and running a stop sign.
The driver and passenger of the vehicle were taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance, driving on a canceled license, possession of stolen credit cards, and fleeing in a motor vehicle, according to authorities.
This pursuit came to quick and safe end and was a great example of the effectiveness of the PIT maneuver, police noted.
