Cash, Drugs, Gun Discovered At Eagan Hotel: Police
The items in question were uncovered as part of an ongoing investigation by the Eagan Police Department, according to authorities.
EAGAN, MN — The Eagan Police Enhanced Patrol Unit on Saturday uncovered a large amount of drugs, a handgun and about $7,900 in cash at an unnamed Eagan local hotel, according to law enforcement. The bust was part of an ongoing investigation by Eagan police.
A woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, police said in a statement posted to Facebook. A second suspect who fled the scene also is facing pending charges for fleeing police in a motor vehicle, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a controlled substance.
The case remains open, police said.
