Lawsuit Against Jeffrey Epstein Estate Filed In Dakota County

The lawsuit accuses the multimillionaire​ of using drugs to assault the woman during her childhood.

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — A Hastings woman is seeking $500 million in damages in a lawsuit filed against the Jeffrey Epstein estate. She claims she was sexually assaulted by Epstein.

According to KARE 11, the lawsuit filed in Dakota County Friday accuses the multimillionaire of using drugs to assault the woman during her childhood, as well as recording the crimes for the purpose of blackmail.

She also claims Epstein presented her as an underage prostitute to wealthy clients, KARE 11 reports.

Epstiein, 66, killed himself by hanging in his Manhattan jail cell in August, according to the New York City chief medical examiner. He was found dead at the Metropolitan Correctional Center while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.
