Highway 55 Motorist Drives Into Small Pond: Eagan Police
Eagan police and fire crews responded to Highway 55 Thursday after a motorist suffered a medical issue and drove into a small pond.
EAGAN, MN — Eagan police and fire crews responded to an incident on Highway 55 Thursday afternoon after a driver reportedly had a medical issue and went off the roadway and drove into a small pond. Just after 3 p.m., Eagan police said on Twitter that the driver is now out of the vehicle and "ok" thanks to the help of Eagan fire officials. Authorities asked motorists for caution while driving on Highway 55, as multiple emergency vehicles were parked on the side of the road.
