Northview Elementary Community Helps Feed Starving African Children

Students, staff and volunteers came together to help pack food that will be sent to hungry children in Africa last week as part of an all-school service learning project.

An all-school service learning project last week at Northview Elementary School brought together parents, students and school staff to help fight child hunger in Africa, according to a Sun Thisweek photo gallery post by Rick Orndorf.

ImpactLives visited the school on Friday and brought food purchased with funds raised by students and community members. Students, volunteers and school staff worked 45-minutes shifts packing meals to send to starving children in Africa.
