Gas smell, a DWI investigation, a juvenile party with alcohol, and a suspicious couple are among the items included in the Eagan police activity report. All of the following information was provided by Eagan police on Twitter:
Town Centre, Jan. 18
Eagan police said there was no danger to public when the smell of natural gas hung over the Town Center/ Promenade area. A gas company was reportedly on scene to fix the issue.
Silverbell Road, Jan. 16-17
Eagan police say officers checking on a van with the doors open and nobody around. Owner located on other side of a building shoveling snow.

Walmart on Town Center and Duckwood, Jan. 16
Eagan police say there was a "suspicious couple" in the area. We were called after they asked someone if they had drugs.
Elrene Road, Jan. 15
There was a large juvenile party with alcohol involved. Several citations were issued.

Silverbell Road, Jan. 13
Eagan and Burnsville police seen with Minnesota State Troopers. Eagan said it was an investigation of a robbery. Appears the subjects know each other. No threat to public safety.
Interstate 35E and the Interstate 494 west ramp, Jan. 12
DWI investigation. Eagan police said officers were attempting to stop a traffic violator. She did not stop for over a mile. Police say driver was intoxicated and went to jail.
