Woman Injured In Crash With 'Limobus'

Alcohol was involved in the crash, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

EAGAN, MN — A 23-year-old Saint Paul woman was injured in a crash in Eagan late Wednesday. A Kia was traveling northbound on Interstate 35E just after 10:30 p.m. when it sideswiped a "limobus" in the center lane, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The Kia went into left ditch, hit the cables, rolled, and slid to final rest on the shoulder of southbound I-35E against the barrier north of the Deerwood overpass.

The driver of the Kia, identified as Sonia Georgina Mischo, suffered non-life threatening injuries. Police said alcohol was involved in her crash. She was transported to Regions Hospital.

The driver of the limobus was not injured, according to authorities.
