• Eden Prairie reorders Dell Road improvements (eplocalnews.org) — Eden Prairie is moving ahead with long-planned safety and trail improvements on Dell Road, tying the work to a new housing development on the Marshall family farm. The $11 million project will straighten curves, reduce steep grades, expand trails, restore Riley Creek banks, and likely require full road closures during 2027 construction, with completion targeted for fall 2027.
