• 34th Annual Prairie Colors Marching Band Festival (eplocalnews.org) — Eden Prairie residents can catch the high school marching band's first public performance of its new show, "Opposites," at the 34th Annual Prairie Colors Festival on Saturday, Sept. 12 at Aerie Stadium. As host, Eden Prairie's 60-member band will play in exhibition while visiting Minnesota bands compete, with gates opening at 11 a.m. and tickets sold at the door.
