Edina Realty Edina Offices Set Aside Day to Volunteer
Company's 18th Annual Community Service Day Benefits Local Organizations
For the 18th consecutive year, Edina Realty REALTORS® and employees will dedicate a day to volunteering for local community improvement projects. “Community Begins at Home,” the theme for Edina Realty’s volunteer day, embodies the company’s belief that each person can make a difference by giving back.
On Tues., Sept. 22, agents and employees will work on a variety of community service projects, from painting a playroom at an emergency shelter for at-risk teens and holding food drives for local food shelves to doing outdoor chores for housebound seniors. Each Edina Realty office and department selects a volunteer project to work on that day.
The Edina Realty office at 50th and France will be volunteering with Bridging, Inc., building dressers for people who are transitioning from homelessness. The Edina Realty office at 6800 France Ave. S. will be volunteering with Feed My Starving Children where they will be packing meals and sending them to countries in need.
