Mortgage Industry Leader Adds Two Experienced Professionals to its Management Team
Ingrid Peterson and Ryan Clark bring a wealth of experience to their new roles with Twin Cities-based Marketplace Home Mortgage
Marketplace Home Mortgage LLC, announced today the recent hiring of two employees poised to continue the strong tradition the company has created in nearly 20 years of business in the mortgage industry.
Ryan Clark is the company’s new underwriting manager. He comes to the company with nearly 15 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, he was a Senior Underwriter at Summit Mortgage Corporation. Prior positions include a similar role with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and as a CEO at Icon Mortgage Consultants.
“I am excited to be a part of a wonderful company that has stood the test of time in a sometimes difficult industry,” said Clark. “I have experience in both the sales and operations side of the business. Because of this, I believe I can help the company achieve its goals, while always putting the needs of our customers at the forefront.”

Joining Clark at Marketplace is Ingrid Peterson, who will serve the company as Processing Manager. Peterson comes to Marketplace from DHI Mortgage where she spent a dozen years in a variety of roles including underwriting, processing and training.
“Marketplace was very attractive to me because of its longevity in the industry and the outstanding level of leadership it has,” said Peterson. “I believe my experience lends itself nicely to the goals of the business. I look forward to being a part of its continued growth and success.”

Both Clark and Peterson will be supervised by Chief Operating Officer, Elly Cummings, who said both new hires will help Marketplace better serve customers.
