Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. The Hopkins girls varsity hockey team lost to Centennial High School 3-1 on Thursday, according to Minnesota State High School League records. With the loss, the team's record stands at four wins, four losses and one tie. Senior Elizabeth Fransdal scored the team's lone goal in the game. Freshman Goalie Erin O'Neil had 18 saves. Next up is a game Saturday against winless Prior Lake.﻿
