MAPLE GROVE, MN — A 15-year-old from Maple Grove was arrested in connection with a bomb threat that occurred Thursday at Maple Grove Middle School, police said Friday.
The boy was being held at the Hennepin County Juvenile Detention Center but had not been formally charged Friday, according to police, who said the investigation was ongoing. No explosives were found during a search of the school, police said.
The school evacuated Thursday and canceled classes due to the threat, KARE 11 reported.
