CRYSTAL, MN — In anticipation of a protest sponsored by Black Lives Matter-Saint Paul, and in order "to ensure efficient traffic management and orderly pedestrian activities," the Crystal Police Department is encouraging all vehicle traffic to avoid the intersection of 42nd and Douglas Drive on Wednesday, May 31 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.Crystal city offices will be closed at 4 p.m. Wednesday and will re-open at 8:00 a.m. Thursday.
