Expect These Temperatures Over The Scorching-Hot Labor Day Weekend

Temperatures are expected to reach 100 degrees this holiday weekend, with heat indexes climbing even higher.

TWIN CITIES, MN — This Labor Day weekend will be one of the hottest that Minnesota has seen in years. We will reach the 90's every day from Friday through Tuesday. Sunday will be the hottest with a high of 100 degrees.

"Our dry stretch continues as more heat is on the way," the National Weather Service said. "Plan accordingly by taking breaks outside and drinking lots of water. You will need more than a popsicle to keep cool!"
