Flood Watch Issued For Twin Cities Metro: MN Weather
A flood watch for the Twin Cities metro area and parts north was issued for early this week.

TWIN CITIES, MN — A flood watch has been issued for the Twin Cities metro area and parts north early this week.
"Multiple rounds of additional rainfall on top of already wet soils has a chance to result in isolated to scattered flooding, with both areal flooding and flash flooding possible," the National Weather Service said.
"The most concerning round of precipitation will arrive later in the day on Monday, with a focus around and northwest of the Twin Cities. Training thunderstorms could lead to localized higher amounts and an increased risk of flash flooding. Scattered showers and storms continue through Tuesday before diminishing by Tuesday night."
