• Twin Cities spec industrial development to remain low, CBRE forecast says (finance-commerce.com) — Rosemount is one of several Twin Cities suburbs that have paused new data center construction for six to twelve months, adding uncertainty for industrial developers. That moratorium, combined with tight industrial vacancy and rising rents, could push more large projects to the metro fringe while limiting how quickly big tech facilities land in or near Rosemount.
