• $31 Million Roseville Project Turns Long-Polluted Industrial Site Into Technology Center (town.news) — A long-contaminated industrial site in Roseville's Twin Lakes district is being rebuilt into a $31 million, 155,000-square-foot technology center that could support about 150 jobs. Backed by state, county, Met Council and city tax-increment funding, the project includes major environmental cleanup, rooftop solar, and is expected to significantly boost Roseville's tax base once tenants arrive starting in 2027.
