Liz Beckius, Work Life Manager at Best Buy’s Corporate Headquarters, will join us to share their journey in creating a workplace culture of flexibility and the program they call ROWE (Results-Only Work Environment).  She will provide us with some great tips on how you can get started in your organization with this program.
