Re/Max Advantage Plus Shakopee Is Moving On Up
They will host a grand opening with food and family fun on June 2 at 1228 East Vierling Drive.
The Shakopee real estate market has changed quite a bit over the course of the last few years and one of the largest changes has been the market share Re/Max has gained in the Shakopee market. As leaders in the area, Re/Max Advantage Plus recently took over the building which was formerly housing one of the larger competitors, . Edina Realty occupied the building since it opened, but Re/Max recently purchased the location for their growing company. The location also houses title and mortgage services, Trademark Title and Bell Mortgage.
A grand opening will be held to showcase the recently remodeled building and new location for the Re/Max Advantage Plus office. Re/Max previously was in a smaller space in the Voyager Bank building in Shakopee. The grand opening will include face painting, a moon walk, balloons, food on the grill provided by Bell Mortgage and more. Multiple vendors will be on site including Premier Design, Norwex, 31-Purses and Tastefully Simple.
